• •After the trial, billing begins on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
• •You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
• •Refunds are provided within 7 days of billing if requested.
• •Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) remain the exclusive property of Vyrtu.ai. Content you create using the Service is yours. We claim no ownership over:

5. Disclaimers

Vyrtu.ai's AI agents provide assistance and suggestions, but are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in important business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrtu.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
